• Take a walk in nature and practice walking slowly. Feel each footfall.
• Walk or stand barefoot on sand or wet grass for a few minutes each day.
• During your EcoMeditation practice morning and evening, consciously tune your local self to nonlocal mind.
• One day, after meditating, in your journal, draw an
illustration of your local self and nonlocal reality.
You don’t have to be a great artist—just a simple line
drawing is fine.
• Ask nonlocal mind, What is your highest vision for me? and
write whatever pops into your head down in your journal.
